When will this township be available for sale of plots, i want to buy a plot in this township, i heard of that the township was being acquired by the Amritsar Improvement trust, that is why they spent little money in 1998-1999 and passed the colony, but now they are just waiting for covering of Drain passing near its boundary,so that its price can touch 30000/-per sq. yard, where as the plots in 1999 could not be sold at just 3500/-per sq.yard. Have you any clue. Rates in nearby Medican Enclave are 35000-45000 Per sq.Yd, akash avenue 8500-15000 per sq. Yds, Rose Avenue 4500-6000 per sq. YDs, Guru Nanak Avenue 18000-22000 per sq.yds, Avtar avenue 18000-24000 per sq.yds. If the colony gives passage to Trillium (Multiplex/Mall), the plots in this colony can be sold at anyway between 30000-40000 per sq.yds, this colony is even better than Ranjit avenue.
